Trust the number.
Audits and a full movement history make the on-hand count something you can act on.
Inventory
Items, stock levels, audits and history live in your own record. A register or an online channel can feed it and receive from it, but nothing depends on one.
Stock and its history
Every item’s on-hand count, and every change to it: sales, deliveries, audits and adjustments, each with who made it and why. Pick a day, a week or a month and see the daily summary at a glance.
Stock audit
Count by scanning or by hand, see the difference against the system before you apply it, and keep the audit in the item’s history. Shrink stops hiding inside a single number.
Reorder levels
Each item carries its own reorder point and reorder quantity. When stock drops to it, the item shows up in Purchasing as an alert, with the vendor already attached.
One record, many sources
Add or change an item here and it is pushed to Clover or Square, and to the online channels that sell it. Sales from the register and from orders lower the same count, so there is only one number to trust.
How it connects
Inventory is fed by sales, fulfillment and deliveries, and feeds Purchasing, the dashboard, your daily email and the assistant.
What it changes
Audits and a full movement history make the on-hand count something you can act on.
Edit it once and the register and channels follow.
The record is yours, so stock works the same with Clover, Square, online channels or none.
